Our client is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Incident Respnse)

Job Responsibility
Requirements Management & Analysis
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, validate and maintain business and technical requirements.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable, traceable, and aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, data requirements, integration requirements, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify business needs, pain points, solution options, dependencies, and technical constraints.
- Ensure business requirements, technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria are documented with sufficient detail to support solution design, development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability between business objectives, requirements, solution design, acceptance criteria, validation activities, and delivered functionality.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements engineering, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid technology delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, systems integration, APIs, data flows, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Strong experience developing business requirements, functional requirements, technical requirements, user stories, process models, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
- Strong experience developing test scenarios, acceptance criteria, validation approaches, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies within technology delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, quality engineering principles, test automation concepts, release management processes, and defect management practices.
- Strong knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of technology governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build consensus and effectively influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of prior analysis experience in Business Systems Analysis, Technology Delivery, Product Delivery, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
