Position Overview
We are seeking Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits. In this role, you will perform new patient evaluations, manage chronic conditions, and conduct Annual Wellness Visits to help close care gaps and improve outcomes for Medicare patients. You will be fully supported by a collaborative virtual care team to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery.
Clinic Operating Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and E/M virtual visits.
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations.
- Manage chronic conditions and support remote patient monitoring.
- Assess patient conditions, review medications, and provide evidence-based care recommendations.
- Build strong patient rapport through effective virtual communication.
- Accurately document medical records in the EHR system while maintaining compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements.
- Participate in remote training sessions and stay updated on workflow modifications.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP license. Must be licensed in three (3) or more of the following states: MS, LA, IL, GA, SC.
- Experience: Proven clinical experience providing preventative and/or primary care. Previous telehealth experience is strongly preferred.
- Malpractice History: Candidates who have ever been involved in a Malpractice Settlement are not eligible for this position.
- CMS Credentialing: Must understand and be willing to undergo CMS credentialing (if applicable).
- Skills: Strong digital fluency with the ability to navigate multiple systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and sharp EHR documentation habits.
Technical & Equipment Requirements
Providers must supply their own equipment. Your setup must meet the following exact specifications to maintain platform security and audio quality:
Computer & OS
- Windows or Apple (macOS) computers ONLY.
- Strictly Prohibited: Chromebooks, Linux machines, tablets, or smartphones.
- OS Version: Minimum of Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.
Hardware Specs
- Processor: Intel Core i5 / AMD equivalent (Windows) or Apple Silicon (Mac).
- RAM: 16 GB minimum.
- Webcam: Integrated or external webcam required for video consultations.
- Monitors: A second monitor is highly suggested for laptop users; dual monitors recommended for desktop users.
Network & Audio
- Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
- Connection: Must use a physical Ethernet cable connecting your computer directly to the router (No Wi-Fi).
- Headphones: Wired headphones are required for call quality (built-in computer microphones are not permitted).
