Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventive and primary care services to Medicare patients through a growing telehealth platform. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and follow-up care.
Position Highlights
- 100% remote within the United States
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
- $30 per completed patient visit (approximately 15 minutes per visit)
- Guaranteed minimum compensation equivalent to 2 completed visits per scheduled hour, or actual completed visits, whichever is greater
- Paid training at $50/hour
- Collaborative virtual care team and clinical support
Schedule Availability
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
- Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual Annual Wellness Visits and E/M visits
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
- Manage chronic conditions and support remote patient monitoring
- Review medications and assess patient health concerns
- Deliver evidence-based care recommendations
- Document encounters accurately within the EHR
- Build rapport with patients through phone and video visits
- Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license(s)
- Experience providing preventive and/or primary care services
- Licensed in three or more of the following states:
- Mississippi (MS)
- Louisiana (LA)
- Illinois (IL)
- Georgia (GA)
- South Carolina (SC)
- Ability to commit at least 16 hours per week
- Strong documentation and patient communication skills
- Experience using EHR systems
- Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology and multiple digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous telehealth experience
- Multi-state licensure
- Experience caring for Medicare populations
