About the Role
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service & Sales Specialist to support customer inquiries, qualify sales opportunities, and coordinate customer handoffs throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will serve as an important connection between customers and dedicated sales consultants. You will engage with prospective customers, confirm their business needs, manage referrals and follow-up activities, maintain accurate customer records, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of customer service, sales, communication, and pipeline-management experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center or financial services environment. Strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication are essential.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to understand and confirm their business needs.
- Qualify customer leads and route confirmed opportunities to the appropriate sales consultant.
- Support Spanish-speaking customers and provide professional service in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while balancing service, sales, and operational priorities.
- Build rapport with customers and communicate information clearly, professionally, and confidently.
- Assist customers with questions and provide information within established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Pipeline & Lead Management
- Manage assigned customer leads and referrals from initial contact through handoff.
- Track customer contact attempts, follow-up activities, appointments, and referral statuses.
- Schedule calls and coordinate customer handoffs with sales consultants.
- Maintain concise, accurate, and detailed notes in CRM and referral systems.
- Manage callbacks and ensure customers receive timely follow-up.
- Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple priorities and customer interactions.
Sales & Customer Follow-Up
- Partner with sales consultants to support customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers regarding required documentation, agreements, signatures, and next steps.
- Support contract validation and underwriting activities as needed.
- Coordinate welcome calls and other post-sale activities to help ensure successful customer activation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and sales handoff experience.
Reporting & Process Management
- Accurately document customer interactions and referral activity.
- Maintain manual tracking and reporting when required.
- Monitor referral volume, customer contact activity, and pipeline progress.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions to identify successes, customer concerns, and process improvement opportunities.
- Share observations that may help improve lead qualification, customer handoffs, workflow efficiency, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with customer service, sales, underwriting, and operational teams to resolve customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, sales, financial services, or a contact center environment, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Experience communicating directly with customers by phone.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed customer documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, tasks, and follow-up activities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment while operating within established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work from the Irving, Texas office according to the required hybrid schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, sales support, customer success, or account management.
- Experience managing a customer or sales pipeline.
- Experience making high-volume outbound customer follow-up calls.
- Experience with CRM, lead management, or referral tracking systems.
- Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating customer handoffs.
- Experience supporting documentation collection, underwriting, contracts, or loan-processing activities.
- Financial services, business banking, lending, or client services experience.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking or reporting.
- Demonstrated career stability and interest in developing into a long-term or permanent role.

This position is available only in Irving, Texas.
Training:
During approximately the first month of training, employees are expected to work in the office five days per week.
After Training:
The standard hybrid schedule is:
- Monday: Remote
- Tuesday through Thursday: In office
- Friday: Remote
Schedule requirements may be adjusted based on business needs.
