Our client is currently seeking a Epic Willow Analyst

Role: Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst

Job Type: 1+ Contract

Location: Fully remote, need to work in PST hours

Responsibilities:

· Support Epic Willow Inpatient application build and maintenance

· Handle pharmacy-related incidents, service requests, and escalations

· Support pharmacy operations and workflow optimization

· Work with:

o Medication ordering

o Order sets

o Medication verification

o Dispensing workflows

o Inventory management

· Support:

o First Databank (FDB) loads

o eRx functionality/build

o Dispense Queue (Dispense Q)

o Order Sense

o Pyxis-related workflows/integrations

· Participate in upgrades, enhancements, testing, new build activities, ongoing production support

Must haves:

· Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification

· 3+ years of Willow build/support experience

· Strong pharmacy workflow knowledge

· Experience with order sets

· Strong communication- not afraid to reach out when stuck or if not on track anymore

Nice to haves:

· Order Sense, First Databank (FDB) load, and eRx experience

· Pyxis integration/Dispense Queue experience

· Experience with upgrades and implementations

· Pharmacist Analyst background

· Ambulatory experience
