Our client is currently seeking a Digital Insights Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
• Analyze digital behavior data, customer feedback, survey results, and operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve the customer experience and digital journeys.
• Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and customer experience improvements.
• Monitor customer experience performance indicators and prioritize improvement opportunities.

Must Have/Required:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Experience working with customer feedback, survey data, and customer experience metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Quantum Metric, Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience creating executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience identifying trends, business opportunities, and customer experience improvements through data analysis.
