Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of engineering and technical positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting for engineering disciplines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired qualifications.
• Conduct intake meetings to gather role-specific requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical and engineering positions.
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR business partners.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the role, team, and organization.
• Extend employment offers and support offer negotiations in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, recruiting policies, and documentation requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and innovative recruiting techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of directly related recruiting experience, or additional equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience recruiting for engineering disciplines, including:
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Systems Engineering
• Computer Science
• Strong experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Ability to recruit for multiple locations and a broad range of technical positions.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
