Our client is currently seeking a Pega Developer - W2
Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the Pega platform.
- Strong expertise in Pega Case Management and workflow automation solutions.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Pega integrations, including REST and SOAP services, connectors, and APIs.
- Deep understanding of:
- Pega Rules Engine
- Flow Rules and Process Design
- Decision Tables and Business Rules
- Data Pages and Data Management
- Performance Tuning and Application Troubleshooting
- Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
- Pega certifications such as Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and/or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) are required/preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the latest versions of Pega Infinity.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes within the Pega ecosystem.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and architectures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Pega platform.
- Build and enhance case management solutions to support business processes.
- Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
