Position Overview

Seeking two experienced Application Packaging Engineers to support a large-scale endpoint integration initiative involving approximately 12,000 Windows endpoints. This role focuses on packaging, testing, validating, and preparing Windows applications for deployment through Microsoft Intune.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise application packaging tools, Windows deployment technologies, and software packaging best practices. Experience with Flexera AdminStudio is highly preferred; however, candidates with strong SCCM/MECM packaging backgrounds will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and prepare Windows application packages for deployment via Microsoft Intune.
• Utilize Flexera AdminStudio or comparable packaging tools to create and configure software packages.
• Review application intake requests and collaborate with application stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Package and configure MSI and EXE installers for enterprise deployment.
• Perform application testing and validation to ensure deployment readiness.
• Troubleshoot application installation, configuration, and packaging issues.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
• Follow established application packaging standards and best practices.
• Support deployment activities, issue remediation, and post-deployment troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Windows application packaging or related endpoint management disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise packaging solutions such as:
• Flexera AdminStudio
• SCCM / MECM
• Other enterprise application packaging tools
• Strong understanding of Windows application installation and packaging methodologies.
• Experience packaging, testing, and troubleshooting MSI and EXE installers.
• Ability to gather business and application requirements and convert them into deployable packages.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Flexera AdminStudio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune application deployment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 5,000+ endpoints.
• Experience supporting large-scale endpoint migration or integration initiatives.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
