Required Qualifications (P2)

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in Information Security, Technology Operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or an equivalent combination of professional experience, training, military service, or education.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IAM operations, including one or more of the following areas:
  • User access provisioning and request fulfillment
  • Access de-provisioning and account termination processes
  • Access certification and entitlement review support
  • Authorization and authentication management

Preferred Qualifications (P2)

• Practical experience supporting IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Working knowledge of security and regulatory compliance frameworks, including ISO, NIST, SOX, and PCI, with an understanding of their impact on access management controls.
• Experience operating in a ticket-driven, queue-based support environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures, while recognizing issues that require escalation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of identity and authentication technologies such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities across various IAM operational functions.
