Position Description
• Priority Focus: Prepares, submits, and administers required export/import authorizations. Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with company policy and U.S. Government export regulations and laws.
• Support the ES Global Trade (GT) team in conducting document reviews to determine compliance with USG export and import regulations.
• Support the GT team in the file management of all investigation matters, including record keeping and tracking for matters of non-compliance, ad hoc compliance requests and disclosures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the GT director.

Experience Required
• Knowledge of the Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or U.S. customs regulations.
• Experience managing legal tasks, files, deadlines, records
• Creating and managing effective tracking tools
• Project management related to legal matters, audits, assessments, and investigations
Education Required
• Experience with export trade licensing & compliance or import.
• Individual must have knowledge of the current Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and/or U.S. Import or Customs Regulations.
