Responsibilities: Defines business enhancement and reporting requirements, including baseline functionality and system enhancements to augment business functions.
Plans, designs and develops innovative AI solutions using an enterprise data tool set environment. Provides overall guidance for data quality and business reporting.

Uses QLIK software to design reports.
Provides technical and functional development of reporting solutions and data analysis.
Handles inputting data for Commission systems.
Prepares training material.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): AI Certified (Claude, Gemini, LookerLM)
Highly proficient with Google Suite tool use (Sheets, DOCs, Slides, etc)
High level of SQL
DESIRED SKILLS: Developer level of Qlik High level of Postgres Project Management skills and software knowledge
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Qlik Certification Project Management Certificate or degree 4yr degree BS
