About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support business readiness for a large-scale platform migration. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, product and program leaders, and change management teams to help ensure the organization is operationally prepared for a successful migration and adoption of the new platform.

You will own day-to-day readiness planning and execution, translating key migration decisions into clear, actionable work plans. You will coordinate activities across multiple business functions, identify dependencies and risks, track progress, and help ensure critical business changes are completed on schedule.

This role is well suited for someone who thrives in complex, highly matrixed environments and can bring structure, accountability, and clarity to large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business readiness planning and execution for a large-scale platform migration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational, policy, process, technology, and organizational readiness requirements.
• Translate decisions from product and program leadership into actionable workstreams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business functions and ensure clear ownership and accountability for key deliverables.
• Monitor migration readiness and proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and readiness checkpoints.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to senior product, program, and business leaders.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating the appropriate stakeholders and escalating risks when necessary.
• Support change management and adoption activities to help ensure impacted teams are prepared for the new platform.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure key decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies are appropriately tracked.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects, programs, or business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating work across multiple teams and business functions.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to both business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive work to completion.
• Experience supporting large-scale platform migrations, technology implementations, business readiness, or organizational change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting or professional services experience, particularly supporting large-scale transformation, technology, financial services, or business readiness programs.
• Experience at, or working with, organizations such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, or Morgan Stanley is a plus.
• Experience supporting transformation or platform migration initiatives within financial services, banking, capital markets, or similarly complex regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with product management, program management, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and change management teams.
• Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
