Title: Jira Developer/Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a Jira Developer / Consultant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and optimizing Jira solutions. This role will support multiple projects by translating business requirements into scalable Jira functionality and driving platform enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Jira workflows, dashboards, custom fields, permissions, and configurations.
- Build and enhance Jira solutions based on business and project requirements.
- Configure automation, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to deliver Jira-based solutions.
- Support troubleshooting, platform optimization, migrations, and enhancements.
- Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on Jira best practices and architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on Jira development and configuration experience.
- Proven experience building Jira solutions in a project-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, schemes, dashboards, automation, permissions, and reporting.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
- Experience with Jira Automation, APIs, integrations, and scripting.
- Experience with Confluence and the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Experience supporting Jira migrations and platform enhancements.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Atlassian certifications preferred.
