About the Role:

As a Project Manager II, you will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a flagship clinical software initiative: the Patient Acute Care Technology Platform. This strategic program aims to modernize inpatient specialized care by standardizing point-of-care clinical documentation, enabling robust offline functionality for bedside staff, and integrating seamlessly into enterprise billing and clinical data ecosystems.

You will guide cross-functional teams, align project scope with evolving operational standards, manage cross-system dependencies, and maintain continuous alignment with senior leadership and healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Project Lifecycle Delivery: Define project charters, scope, baseline timelines, and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) across all technical and clinical workstreams.

· Dependency & Systems Mapping: Coordinate and track intricate cross-functional dependencies, including offline-first mobile workflows, core clinical research integrations, and enterprise revenue cycle systems.

· Execution & Resource Governance: Monitor milestone progress, track task velocity, clear blockers, and oversee resource allocation and budget utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

· Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting: Establish reporting cadences, status dashboards, and KPI metrics to deliver consistent, transparent updates to executive sponsors and project teams.

· Risk & Quality Assurance: Formulate proactive risk mitigation plans, manage contingency protocols, and lead issue resolution to safeguard delivery timelines, functional specifications, and software quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.

· 3 years of direct project management experience delivering software, technical, or healthcare-related applications.

· Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project.

· Practical working experience with modern collaboration and project platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.

· Strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5+ years of software project management experience, specifically within acute care, inpatient workflows, or electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) implementations.

· Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industry certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM).

· Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, multi-system enterprise architectures into clear executive roadmaps and stakeholder presentations.
