About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager II to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives within the Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) domain. In this role, you will partner with cybersecurity, technology, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery of access management programs, ensure compliance requirements are met, and support the implementation of enterprise security solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and PAM projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and business units.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics to identify potential risks and prevent compliance breaches.
- Drive project governance activities, including status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder updates.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Support the deployment and optimization of Identity and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Ensure all project activities comply with organizational security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
- Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), cybersecurity, or information security initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams.
- Experience tracking project risks, dependencies, KPIs, and compliance-related activities.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
