Labor Category Description Experience:

Serve as a senior technical leader on the modernization team, guiding full-stack development teams and providing architectural oversight for scalable, secure cloud-native solutions. This role leads hands-on design and development of distributed systems using AWS-native services, microservices, containerization, API-first patterns, and modern technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Django, and Vue.js, while collaborating with UX designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts to deliver resilient software products that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities include defining architecture standards, development best practices, and technical roadmaps aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework; managing complex technical decisions, issue resolution, timelines, resources, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives; and leading teams of five or more developers. Experience with Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, or SQLAlchemy may be considered in place of Django, and React, Svelte, or Angular may be considered in place of Vue.js

Minimum Years of Experience required:

8 years, including experience as a Team Lead.

Minimum Education required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field. Additional four (4) years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
