Position: Lead Full-Stack Python Developer

Location: 100% REMOTE Forever!

Collaborate with clients, digital leaders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to support client engagements, growth initiatives, and capability development. As a key member of the modernization team, this role addresses technical challenges, develops demonstrations and prototypes, and provides solution architecture and hands-on full-stack engineering for scalable, secure, cloud-native applications. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and deploying resilient AWS-based software solutions using modern programming languages, microservices, containerization, and API-first design patterns in partnership with UX designers, platform engineers, product owners, architects, and business analysts. Required skills include Python and JavaScript, with preferred experience in Django and Vue.js; equivalent experience with Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, SQLAlchemy, React, Svelte, or Angular may be considered.
