This role is responsible for processing and maintaining member enrollments through multiple channels, resolving enrollment-related issues, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and business partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high accuracy, and can adapt to changing workloads and processes.

Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Experience processing and maintaining enrollments through multiple channels
- Ability to research and resolve enrollment issues while maintaining data accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
