Looking to hire a Delivery Manager to support a highly demanding and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a background in technical leadership, project delivery, and a delivery-minded mindset, with a proven track record of delivering software engineering, enterprise technical implementations, and development projects that impact the enterprise across the organization. Ideal candidate would have been a Delivery Leader before for a consulting company.
The ideal candidate is highly assertive, confident, and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities, challenge roadblocks, drive accountability, and influence technical teams in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum Meetings, managing dependencies and risks, removing impediments, driving PI Planning and sprint execution, coordinating cross-functional platform initiatives, tracking delivery metrics, supporting Jira and Agile governance, and ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and engineering execution. The Delivery Manager/Project Manager/Scrum Master must be comfortable holding teams and stakeholders accountable, escalating issues proactively, and pushing initiatives forward to achieve business outcomes.
Experience supporting Cloud, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, API Management, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and enterprise technology modernization initiatives is strongly preferred.
