About the Role:
Client is seeking an experienced ARGO Developer to design, develop, configure, and enhance ARGO Teller functionality supporting branch and teller banking operations.
The role will focus on teller transactions, customer servicing, account inquiries, integrations with core banking and enterprise systems, application modernization and upgrades, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
Client is prioritizing the Argo sales and services platform and Lending platform experience.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of application development experience within banking or financial services

Hands-on experience developing, configuring, or supporting ARGO Teller or comparable branch/teller banking applications

Strong understanding of teller and branch banking processes, including customer servicing, monetary transactions, account inquiries, and transaction processing

Experience integrating teller applications with core banking systems

Experience with APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise application integrations

Strong SQL and data analysis skills

Experience troubleshooting complex application, integration, and production issues

Full software development lifecycle experience, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production stabilization

Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams

ARGO Teller upgrades, conversions, or modernization experience preferred

Experience with FIS, Jack Henry, REST APIs, middleware, Azure, Azure DevOps, or Jira is a plus
