Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support fee schedule monitoring, system configuration, and claims analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with CPT/Procedure Codes, and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Fee Schedules. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate with a team of analytics professionals supporting healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain Monthly Medicaid Fee Schedules across multiple states.
Review and track Quarterly Medicare Fee Schedule updates and changes.
Analyze and manage the Daily PENDCPT Report, identifying fee schedule and claims-related issues.
Investigate discrepancies related to claims processing and reimbursement schedules.
Perform data validation, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of CPT (Procedure) Codes.
Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Fee Schedules.

Experience with Vision Claims Processing.
Healthcare payer or health insurance industry experience.
Prior experience supporting fee schedule configuration or reimbursement analysis.
