The Technical Program Manager III owns end-to-end delivery across the Sitecore Experience Platform program and Marketing AI Enablement portfolio.
This role is responsible for translating platform strategy, business priorities, and product roadmaps into structured, accountable execution plans that drive successful delivery of enterprise marketing technology capabilities.
As an individual contributor, the Technical Program Manager leads cross-functional program execution by defining scope, sequencing work, managing dependencies, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring concurrent workstreams progress efficiently from requirements through deployment and production readiness. The role partners closely with MarTech Product Owners, Platform Activation leaders, Engineering and Architecture teams, Data and Analytics organizations, and external delivery partners to convert product vision into actionable requirements, integrated release plans, and scalable solutions that marketing teams can operate with confidence.
The position provides governance and operational leadership across the portfolio, ensuring transparency, risk management, financial accountability, and alignment to strategic objectives. The Technical Program Manager serves as the central point of coordination across business and technology stakeholders, driving execution excellence while enabling the adoption and realization of marketing technology and AI-driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own end-to-end program delivery for the Sitecore Experience Platform and Marketing AI Enablement portfolio.
· Translate strategic objectives, platform roadmaps, and business priorities into executable program plans and delivery milestones.
· Define program scope, manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate decision gates to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
· Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, guiding initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
· Partner with Product Owners, Platform Activation teams, Engineering, Architecture, Data & Analytics, and external vendors to align priorities and execution plans.
· Develop and maintain integrated release plans, delivery roadmaps, and program reporting that provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
· Drive governance processes, including portfolio reviews, executive reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
· Ensure clear documentation of business requirements, technical dependencies, delivery commitments, and success metrics.
· Oversee portfolio financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, vendor oversight, and resource planning.
· Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business and technology organizations.
· Support the successful launch and operationalization of platform capabilities that enable marketing teams to achieve business objectives with confidence.
· Promote delivery best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the program portfolio.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs in digital, marketing technology (MarTech), content management, or customer experience platforms.
· Strong program and portfolio management capabilities, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
· Experience working with Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS/DXP platforms.
· Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing solutions, digital activation, analytics, and customer engagement technologies.
· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
· Strong financial management, vendor management, and portfolio reporting experience.
· Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
