Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support cloud-native online and mobile banking platforms. The ideal candidate will drive reliability, resiliency, performance, release management, and production support initiatives for customer-facing applications running in Azure environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
• Hands-on Azure cloud operations and deployments
• Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• GitLab and CI/CD pipeline management
• Experience defining and managing SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs
• Release management and deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary)
• Incident management and production support
• Reliability, resiliency, and performance engineering
• Experience supporting customer-facing applications

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services or Digital Banking experience
• Java Spring Boot microservices
• React.js applications
• Active-Active architecture design
• Artifact repository management

Key Responsibilities

• Improve application reliability, availability, and performance
• Manage production support and incident response
• Implement deployment and release strategies
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure and operations
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Establish SRE best practices and operational standards
