Job Title: Systems Engineering Requirements Engineer
Location: Wyoming, MN (Onsite with potential hybrid flexibility)
Summary:
We are seeking a Requirements Management Engineer to support the migration and implementation of a new requirements management platform, Codebeamer. The ideal candidate will have experience with requirements management tools and processes, requirements documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. This role will partner closely with Design and Systems Engineers to organize, improve, and maintain requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform while driving best practices in requirements management, traceability, and process efficiency. Prior experience with Codebeamer is preferred, but candidates with experience in comparable requirements management tools are encouraged to apply.
