Health Informatics Specialist (Virtual Care & Clinical Informatics)

Seeking an experienced Health Informatics Specialist to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and adoption of virtual care and clinical technology solutions across healthcare operations. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and technology teams to improve workflows, support telehealth and remote patient monitoring initiatives, drive change management, and enhance patient care delivery through digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and virtual care initiatives.
• Conduct current-state assessments, workflow analysis, and future-state design.
• Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Support Epic-related workflow and implementation decisions.
• Drive process improvement, operational readiness, testing, adoption, and optimization.
• Develop governance recommendations, KPIs, and outcome frameworks.
• Mentor internal teams and ensure knowledge transfer through reusable templates, workflow standards, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to improve healthcare delivery and patient engagement.
