About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and operate cloud-native platforms that enable secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability solutions, security controls, and operational excellence practices across modern application and AI-enabled environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong AWS expertise, infrastructure automation experience, and a passion for improving developer productivity through platform engineering and DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and operational workflows.
- Support production systems, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, security controls, compliance automation, and governance frameworks.
- Establish platform standards and reusable services that improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams on production readiness, resiliency, scalability, and reliability.
- Configure and optimize monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions.
- Support containerized and distributed applications across cloud environments.
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives, SRE practices, and platform modernization efforts.
- Assist with AI platform governance, model monitoring, and LLM observability where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, or other container orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience supporting production environments and incident response processes.
