Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coord
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76132
Duration: 3 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming patient calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
• Take and relay accurate messages to providers and staff.
• Assist patients with general inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by helping manage call flow efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, call center, or healthcare office experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and phone systems.

The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, organized, and enjoys helping others. Experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.

Additional Information

• No license or certification required.
• Dress Code: Khaki, blue, or black slacks with blue, gray, or black tops/scrubs.
