Product Specialist III
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Our client is seeking a Product Specialist III with experience in technical documentation, product support, and service content development for home appliances or consumer electronics.
Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain service content, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Identify and address gaps in product service information.
- Create and update service guides, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting content, and training materials.
- Support new product launches by developing service and training documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in engineering, technical support, product support, or technical documentation.
- Experience with service manuals, user guides, and training materials.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Home appliance or consumer electronics experience preferred.
- Korean bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
