Contract Global Mobility Specialist
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract
Location: Remote (U.S.)
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to support international employee mobility, immigration, and relocation activities during a period of business growth and acquisition integration. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and external vendors, ensuring smooth coordination of global assignments and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international assignments, relocations, and employee transitions.
- Manage visa, immigration, and work authorization processes with external providers.
- Support employee mobility activities related to Saudi Arabia (KSA) assignments and business travel.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Track assignment milestones, maintain mobility records, and provide status reporting.
- Work closely with immigration, relocation, and mobility vendors to resolve issues and drive case progress.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, or International HR.
- Experience coordinating international assignments and visa processes.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Saudi Arabia (KSA) visa and assignment processes.
- Knowledge of expatriate, short-term assignment, and business traveler programs.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Background supporting acquisitions, employee transitions, or high-growth organizations.
