Business Systems Analyst IV

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to support a high-visibility enterprise audit remediation initiative within a large-scale technology organization. This role will focus on program coordination, audit remediation tracking, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor audit remediation activities across multiple technology teams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage governance processes, controls, and remediation reporting.
• Support executive leadership updates and regulatory/audit commitments.
• Create and maintain documentation, project plans, and progress tracking.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Program Coordination, or Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting audit remediation, risk, compliance, or governance initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional technology programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience.
• Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) or technology controls.
• Experience with Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
• Background in project or program management.
• Knowledge of database technologies is a plus.
