Senior Front-End & BFF Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-End & Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and AI-enabled digital experiences. This role combines expertise in front-end engineering, API orchestration, and user experience design to deliver intuitive, high-performance applications and experience-specific BFF services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Build and maintain BFF services that aggregate APIs, orchestrate workflows, and simplify front-end integrations.
• Create AI-powered user experiences, including recommendations, workflow automation, conversational interfaces, and decision-support tools.
• Develop reusable UI components, design system assets, and front-end standards to ensure consistency across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Integrate applications with APIs, identity providers, analytics, observability tools, and backend services.
• Ensure application performance, security, accessibility, test automation, and production reliability.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Expertise in BFF architecture, API composition, REST/GraphQL integrations, and server-side rendering.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure user experiences.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application delivery.
• Experience building AI-enabled interfaces, workflow automation, or conversational applications is highly preferred.
