Product Analyst / Project Manager (Personal Lines Auto)

Location: Remote (U.S. Time Zones)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Analyst / Project Manager.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, project leadership expertise, and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of personal lines auto product enhancements across assigned states.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans for pricing, product, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Partner with product, actuarial, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned states, programs, and workstreams.
  • Coordinate state and nationwide product launches while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable plans for technical and business teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and implementation documentation.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior analysts and new team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product management, or project management.
  • Experience within Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, preferably Personal Lines Auto.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting insurance product launches, pricing initiatives, or state filing processes.
  • Familiarity with SAS, Python, AI tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory environments.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
