Job Title: Senior Change Management Consultant (Workday Skills & Talent Optimization)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on implementing Workday Skills and Talent Optimization. This initiative represents a significant organizational and cultural shift, requiring strong change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Create and implement communication, training, and engagement plans.
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, project teams, and change champions to drive adoption.
• Measure change effectiveness and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and change readiness sessions.
• Utilize Prosci and ADKAR methodologies to support successful project outcomes.
• Manage risks related to organizational adoption and user acceptance.
• Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to leadership and stakeholders throughout implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of change management experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare, research, or academic environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare, research, or academic setting.
• Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) or Workday-related initiatives.
• Experience managing complex organizational change across multiple business units.

Required Certifications

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (required upon hire).
• ADKAR Certification (required upon hire).
