Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer service, sales, and procurement-related activities. The role will be responsible for entering and managing cases in customer procurement portals to obtain purchase orders (POs), providing PO application support, and assisting with customer inquiries, claims, and complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working within established procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and manage cases in customer procurement sites to obtain POs.
• Support PO applications and related customer requests.
• Provide customer service support related to sales, installations, and communications.
• Address customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and case records.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, procurement support, or related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and manage multiple work routines.
• Experience working with customer or procurement portals is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
