Role: Project Manager 1

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Role Overview

• Excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with the organization

• Short-term assignment focused on project coordination and support

• Responsible for helping put together project plans, tracking activities, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders

• Strong focus on project management and coordination

• Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience

• HR experience is a plus

• Will partner closely with another role on the team

• Must be organized, proactive, and able to stay on task with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans

• Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities

• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple teams

• Track deliverables and project milestones

• Assist with presentation and deck development

• Keep projects organized and moving forward

• Provide structure and organization to ongoing initiatives

Required Skills

• Ability to provide structure and organization to projects and effectively utilize project management tools

• Strong communication skills and willingness to proactively reach out, schedule meetings, and coordinate across teams

• Experience creating and supporting presentations, including developing the framework and structure of project decks

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience

• Experience working with HR-related projects is a plus

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Experience working in Teams and Shared Channels

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
