Our client is currently seeking a Beacon Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Epic Beacon applications.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Beacon functionality and integrated oncology workflows.
- Lead small to mid-sized projects, including new implementations, application upgrades, optimization initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design sessions, validation activities, and user acceptance testing.
- Translate business and operational requirements into functional system specifications.
- Configure, build, test, and troubleshoot Epic applications while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and change management processes.
- Monitor production environments, investigate application issues, and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Analyze workflows, data collection methods, reporting requirements, and system integrations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain system documentation, build records, design specifications, and testing documentation.
- Partner with training teams to develop application-specific training materials and support end-user adoption.
- Provide technical consultation and application expertise to stakeholders and project teams.
- Support incident management and participate in on-call support rotations as required.
- Mentor team members and contribute to resource planning, workload management, and overall team effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with end users, business partners, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Have/Required:
- Epic Beacon Certification (Active).
- 5+ years of Epic Beacon build, implementation, and support experience.
- Strong experience with Epic application design, configuration, testing, and optimization.
- Experience collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows.
- Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized Epic projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving application issues.
