Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to hire/ Extend)

• Our leading financial services client is seeking a dedicated professional to support ongoing Marketing Data Product Management activities.
• In this role, you will serve as the crucial liaison between Marketing partners and technology teams.
• You will help maintain continuity for business intake, translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, and support the entire lifecycle of data requests from initial intake through implementation and final validation.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Coordination: Assess, manage, and coordinate incoming Marketing Data requests, ensuring they move through the pipeline without disruption.
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, clarify, and document comprehensive business and data requirements from marketing partners.
• Translation to Tech: Translate partner needs into actionable JIRA epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting technical documentation.
• Documentation: Maintain project, process, and decision documentation clearly and consistently in Confluence.
• Data Validation: Utilize SQL to research data, validate requirements, investigate issues, and confirm results.
• Testing (UAT): Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the validation of data outputs and business rules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing stakeholders, product managers, data engineering, and other technology teams.
• Project Tracking: Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items, providing concise status updates and escalating barriers appropriately.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, product delivery, data delivery, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate business needs for technical/engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL (specifically GCP BigQuery) for data research, querying, and validation.
• Hands-on experience managing workflows and documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience planning and performing UAT or other structured testing/validation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively to both business and technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent requests with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing, customer, or enterprise data.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, data integration, analytics, or governed data products.
• Prior experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and cross-functional technology teams.
