What This Person Actually Does
This is not a design-focused architectural PM role.
The client wants someone who is heavily involved in the production of construction documents for retail and restaurant projects. Most projects already have designs completed, and this person helps convert those designs into permit-ready and construction-ready documents.
Ideal Background
- 7 to 10+ years of architectural experience
- Retail and/or restaurant project experience
- Strong construction document production experience
- Architectural firm background preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Experience reviewing building codes and compliance
- Experience leading drafters, Job Captains, or Assistant PMs
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Architecture degree preferred
Must-Have Requirements
✅ 7-10+ years of experience producing construction documents

✅ Revit
✅ AutoCAD
✅ Multi-site project management
✅ Client communication
✅ Code review / code compliance
✅ Architectural background (education or hands-on experience)
✅ Portfolio or work samples attached to resume
