Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise experience administering NetApp ONTAP environments, including:
  • SVMs
  • FlexVols/FlexGroups
  • SnapMirror
  • SnapCenter
  • NFS/CIFS protocols
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks.
• Proven experience applying AI/ML or Generative AI technologies within infrastructure, cloud, or storage operations.
• Strong scripting skills using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience working with REST APIs for automation and platform integration.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience optimizing NFS-backed datastore performance, including NFSv3 and NFSv4.x environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms such as:
  • Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)
  • Data Domain
  • StorageGRID
• Experience integrating infrastructure telemetry with ITSM/ITOM platforms such as:
  • ServiceNow Event Management
  • PagerDuty
• NetApp certifications such as:
  • NCDA
  • NCIE
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
• Prior experience serving in a resident engineer, embedded consulting, or managed services engagement.
