Registered Nurse Specialty MMM - Bayamón, Puerto Rico
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high‑quality, patient‑facing clinical care in an onsite clinic setting. This role is responsible for administering ordered therapies, performing patient assessments, supporting efficient patient flow, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation standards. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Center leadership to provide safe, consistent, and compassionate care.
Work Environment & Schedule
Onsite role (5 days/week) in clinical settings.
Patient‑facing responsibilities with access to medications.
Training located at the San Juan clinic; ongoing work at the Bayamón clinic.
Anticipated schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM.
No weekend coverage required.
Pay: $25-29/hr

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Therapy Administration
Administer all ordered therapies in alignment with nursing scope of practice, facility protocols, INS Standards, and prescriber orders.
Complete patient admissions as directed by the Center Director.
Perform physical assessments for new consults and ongoing care needs; escalate to the NP on duty when a full assessment is required.
Evaluate and document patient responses to therapy, reporting significant changes promptly to the Center Director.
Ensure all medication orders are complete, accurate, appropriate, and up‑to‑date prior to treatment.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all applicable state, federal, and local regulations.
Patient Interaction & Education
Conduct patient triage and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
Obtain and record vital signs and initial assessments.
Provide basic patient education, therapy‑related guidance, and support to patients and families.
Assist physicians during consultations and procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Required Qualifications
ASN or ADN and minimum 2 years of clinical experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state; multi‑state licensure required if practicing across multiple states.
CPR and First Aid Certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire).

For Clinic:
Completion of Tuberculosis test
Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver
Ability to pass all required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
BSN degree.
Previous management or leadership experience.
Experience with IV therapy.
Bilingual proficiency in one of the organization’s threshold languages (Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese).
