Position: Professional Services Consultant III - ONTAP AFF

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Required Technical Skills

NetApp Storage

• Strong expertise with:
• NetApp ONTAP 9.15.1+
• NetApp FAS, AFF, and C-Series platforms
• Enterprise-scale storage environments (80+ on-premises nodes)

Cloud Storage

• Experience with:
• Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP (FSxN)
• Hybrid cloud storage architectures

Automation & Monitoring

• Ansible Automation
• NetApp BlueXP Console
• Data Infrastructure Insights (DII), formerly OCI/Cloud Insights

Data Protection & Backup

• SnapCenter Server for SQL and Oracle backups
• SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware (SCV)
• Storage Replication Adapter (SRA)

Virtualization

• VMware vSphere environments
• Experience supporting or migrating virtualization platforms
• Exposure to OpenNebula is a plus

Migration & Disaster Recovery

• NetApp Shift Toolkit
• SRM/SRA environments
• Data migration and infrastructure transformation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetApp StorageGRID environments
• StorageGRID SG5712 nodes
• FabricPool integrations
• StorageGRID upgrades and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of:
• Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM)
• Harvest/NAbox monitoring solutions
• ServiceNow integrations and incident management workflows
• NetApp OTV
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including:
• Networking
• Compute platforms
• Storage architecture
• Hybrid cloud technologies
