Our client is currently seeking a Change Manager /Transformation Manager – E2E Supply Chain Transformation (Change Management Focus)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across a complex enterprise transformation program.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Drive business readiness, change adoption, training readiness, and user enablement efforts.
- Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align transformation goals and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across a large-scale transformation program.
- Identify organizational impacts and develop mitigation plans to support adoption and sustained change.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
- Track program risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding program progress, readiness, and adoption metrics.
- Support project planning, governance, and execution activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Project Management, Change Management, Transformation, or Program Management.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management frameworks.
- Demonstrated success driving change adoption and business readiness initiatives.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation, leadership, and influencing abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Transformation, Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, or End-to-End Supply Chain initiatives.
- Experience within highly regulated industries, including:
- Biotechnology
- Pharmaceutical
- Medical Device
- Life Sciences
- Healthcare
- Exposure to ERP, SAP, Digital Transformation, or Business Transformation programs.
- PMP, Prosci, or Change Management certification preferred.
