Role Summary
The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) works directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions within enterprise environments. This role focuses on delivering customized AI and automation solutions tailored to specific business processes and system integrations, ensuring successful implementation from concept through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven workflows, intelligent agents, and automation solutions.
- Develop and deploy Agentic AI applications using modern AI frameworks and orchestration platforms.
- Build AI agents leveraging LangChain, LLMs, and enterprise-grade AI architectures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and external services.
- Configure and integrate enterprise applications, cloud services, and automation platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI workflows, integrations, orchestration layers, and data pipelines.
- Lead customer implementations from solution design through production deployment.
- Identify implementation risks, communicate blockers, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
- Create reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for future implementations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to technical excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architectures and autonomous AI agent development.
- Experience with LangChain and related AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong experience in LLM Integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms).
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and scalable application development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, automation platforms, and integration patterns.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical workstreams and customer engagements.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and solution design capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience.
- Prompt Engineering expertise.
- Multi-agent systems and advanced Agentic AI frameworks.
- Distributed systems and orchestration platforms.
- RPA and automation technologies.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
