Location: Summerville, SC Remote

Full-time role.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineering reports to the Vice President, IT Strategy, Management, Governance, and Infrastructure and provides strategic and operational leadership for Company’s enterprise infrastructure services, and leads the Cyber Security domain. The role owns the multi-year infrastructure roadmap and the architecture, reliability, security, scalability, and cost effectiveness of cloud and traditional platforms, identity and access services, managed file transfer, Microsoft 365, networking, desktop engineering, cyber security and Help Desk services. The Senior Manager translates business strategy and risk priorities into funded programs, service standards, and measurable outcomes; governs critical vendors and architectural decisions; and partners with IT Leadership and business leaders to enable growth, resilience, compliance, and a consistent employee technology experience.

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES / PROFICIENCIES – Satisfactorily achieving and/or meeting the following Experience, Competencies, and Proficiencies are essential duties of the job:

• Experience and/or Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent industry experience, is required. 10+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure, cloud, architecture, or operations experience, including 7+ years of people and organizational leadership.

• Demonstrated success advising executives and leading enterprise infrastructure portfolios, transformation programs, budgets, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.

• Language Ability: Able to read and understand English at a highly technical and proficient level. Follows instructions, verbal and written, and communicates effectively with supervisor, fellow employees, and sales force. Can communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with third-party website owners and with the company’s customers.

• Computer and Technical Skills: Able to use the equipment (company-provided laptop computer) and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of the position.

• Significant experience governing hybrid infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, observability, automation, ITSM, backup/recovery, and managed services.

• Experience leading distributed teams and service partners through organizational change, major incidents, and multi-year modernization programs.

• Hands-on working experience in architecting, building, and operating cloud platforms is preferred.

• Comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives, exceptional communication skills

• Demonstrated senior leadership in building high-performing multidisciplinary teams, setting strategy, navigating ambiguity, managing enterprise risk, and delivering measurable business and service outcomes.

• Excellent business, financial, data, and operational acumen, with the judgment and interpersonal skills to balance speed, cost, resilience, security, and compliance.
