Job Title: Business Systems Analyst III
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III to support moderately complex projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to document functional requirements, develop test plans, execute testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for application changes and enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assess impacts of application changes on related systems and business processes.
• Support implementation activities and resolve issues during and after deployment.
• Monitor project scope, compliance, and adherence to established standards.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on analysis and testing activities.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of higher education and/or business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing functional requirements and executing testing activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with business applications and integrated systems.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and project management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or within a team environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
