About the Role
We are seeking experienced Product Owners / Product Managers to support a strategic Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Lending Platform transformation initiative within Commercial Banking. This role will focus on the development and enhancement of a client-facing digital portal that supports the end-to-end supply chain finance experience.
As a Product Owner, you will translate product strategy and vision into a prioritized backlog of epics, features, and user stories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that drive client engagement and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience designing and delivering complex B2B digital products, with a strong understanding of enterprise platforms, user experience, governance requirements, and Agile product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and functional requirements.
- Translate customer and business needs into actionable product features and user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and acceptance testing.
- Develop detailed acceptance criteria and ensure alignment across business and technology partners.
- Drive transparency around product priorities, delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies across multiple teams and product areas.
- Resolve competing priorities while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure solutions meet applicable regulatory, risk, governance, and control requirements.
- Advocate for customer-centric design and continuous product improvement based on user feedback and business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or related experience in Agile environments.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms and digital products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and backlog management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business, technology, operations, and risk stakeholders.
- Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting commercial banking, lending, supply chain finance, treasury management, or financial services platforms.
- Strong background in B2B digital experiences and client-facing portal development.
- Experience designing user-centric digital journeys that improve customer engagement and streamline interactions.
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, risk, and governance requirements within large financial institutions.
- Experience working on complex workflow-driven enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of digital strategy, UX optimization, and product analytics.
