Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Social Media Operations Coordinator to support social media campaigns, content production, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating social media projects, managing content approvals, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality social content.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for social media content shoots and experiential marketing events, including production schedules, vendor and talent management, and on-site support.
- Manage end-to-end review and approval processes for social media content, ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and product guidelines.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, tracking usage rights, licensing agreements, and talent contract expirations.
- Maintain the organic social media editorial calendar and support content scheduling and publishing activities.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, legal teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Support project timelines, asset handoffs, and paid media deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media coordination, project management, ad production, or digital marketing operations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working within corporate legal and compliance frameworks, including content approvals, asset compliance, and rights management.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with social content production workflows and agency management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
