Our client is currently seeking a Order Mgmt Deliver Operator
Location: Fully remote, but local to Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC preferred (for IT support & quarterly meetings).
• Travel: None required.
Shifts: Multiple 1st, & 2nd shifts schedules;
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist to support the timely processing and delivery of critical spare parts and tools used in the maintenance and repair of advanced medical equipment.
In this role, you will manage order fulfillment activities, coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners, track shipments, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment-related orders.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, backorders, and fulfillment issues.
- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, technical teams, and customer support partners.
- Maintain accurate order, inventory, and shipment records.
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries via phone and email.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and drive resolution.
- Support inventory reconciliation and order accuracy activities.
- Ensure compliance with established service and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations support, logistics coordination, order management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or service operations.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience tracking shipments and coordinating with warehouse or distribution operations.
- Background supporting technical, engineering, healthcare, or service organizations.
- Experience handling urgent customer requests and escalations.
