Senior Project Manager opportunity supporting a major enterprise Quality Transformation Program within the Life Sciences industry.

6+ month contract with possibility for extensions

Fully Remote (EST Hours)

In this role, you would lead execution across multiple high-visibility transformation initiatives, driving project governance, delivery discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and governance activities across multiple workstreams.
• Drive delivery excellence by proactively managing risks, issues, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coach and influence project leaders, helping teams overcome roadblocks and maintain program momentum.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program health, progress, and critical decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project planning, critical path management, RAID management, budgeting, change control, and governance.
• Proven success delivering or recovering large-scale programs in regulated industries, ideally Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
